Our Cancellation Policy:
- 50 days before guest arrival - Full refund.
- 40 to 50 days before guest arrival – 50% refund.
- Within 40 days of guest arrival – No refund.
Inclusions :
- Accommodation at well appointed rooms.
- Non alcoholic welcome drink on arrival.
- Cookies platter on arrival.
- Lavish Veg. / Non Veg. Buffet meal as per plan.
- Tea/coffee maker in the room with twice replenishment in a day.
- Extension on prorata basis.

- Kaza is at 3800m height which higher than leh ladakh. Spiti Village Resort is the Indian’s only mud house resort with earth home construction. We want you to note few details about our resort.
- We run on Genset so we keep it on throughout the day till late mid night and switch it back on at 7am in the morning. During this time you will be provided with rechargeable bulbs in the rooms.
- We have solar heaters at the resort so if due to the weather the sun does not shine a day before there will be no warm water in the tap but we will be providing warm water to you through other means.
- We are a pure mud house resort so we do not provide heaters though we can provide extra quilts to the guests.
- We do not have wifi at the resort.
- We do not provide in room food service.
